CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE?
We accept returns/exchanges on all our swimwear. Whilst we are happy to accept returns/exchanges, the items must be in original condition with all tags in place and hygiene seal, in original poly bags with original sales receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way.
We are unable to accept any returns that do not meet this criteria. Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of order date.
If your wanted item(s) is no longer in stock, we will let you know. You can then choose another item or opt for a refund, less the shipping and handling fees.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Simply email for a Returns Authorization Number and we will give you all the details you need. The shipping costs incurred for returns/exchanges are not covered or reimbursed by Lokahi Swimwear, excluding faulty items.
We are also unable to refund return postage costs and we will refund you for the returned item(s) less shipping and handling fees. The refund will be returned to the credit card on the original order.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend you use a secure service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking number.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization Number to you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
