LOKAHI SWIMWEAR does not offer returns or refunds.

SIZE EXCHANGES

LOKAHI SWIMWEAR offers SIZE exchanges.

We do not offer STYLE exchanges, only exchanges for different sizes!

A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, via email at returns@lokahiswimwear.com.

Size exchange items must be in original condition with all tags in place, hygiene seal, and in original Lokahi bags with original sales receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged in any way. If the item is not up to our team's standard of being in 'brand new' condition, your request will be refused and sent back.

*Please note, shipping fees associated with returning the suit (one way) back to our HQ are the responsibility of the customer.
 

SALE ITEMS

All discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
 
LOST ITEMS

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your swimwear being returned. We recommend you use a secure service to return goods and keep a record of the tracking number. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you received a faulty or damaged item, ​please contact us immediately on our email at info@lokahiswimwear.com so we can assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
